The security of your data and information is of the upmost importance in CAS PIA – you can be certain that we have taken all precautions necessary:
Everyone sees what they are allowed to see – the limited access environment
Not all information should be visible and accessible to all team members at all times. For this reason, CAS PIA controls
access to each individual data record always and only according to your wishes. Each staff member can therefore
see only what he is authorized to see. Furthermore, CAS PIA also creates user profiles and groups (e.g. Sales, Assistants)
in order to organize the assignment of access rights in no time at all.
Everything is recorded – the change log
With a clever change log feature, CAS PIA keeps separate records for every activity detailing what was changed, by whom and when. This ensures traceability of all changes at any time.
Deleted items don’t get lost – the recycle bin
Sometimes, data is deleted erroneously. No problem for CAS PIA: the recycle bin collects all deleted data and restores it again simply and easily, as required.
